Rick Randolph, CEO

Rick was the regional security manager for one of the nation’s largest healthcare insurance providers and responsible for guard force management, investigations, threat assessment, training and process development. He developed a comprehensive workplace violence prevention and recognition course to be taught to 45,000 employees in 38 states. He is a ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and an ATAP Certified Threat Manager (CTM). He worked in Silicon Valley providing close protection to some of the biggest names in the tech industry and helped develop a training program for protective services for one of the largest technology companies in the world.

As a law enforcement officer Rick was named police officer of the year at his agency after leading an investigation with the US Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms against an international criminal street gang. He also worked along with federal agencies investigating the scourge of underage human trafficking in one of the nation’s busiest regions. He also developed and navigated the approval process for a first-of-its-type law enforcement use of force trainer course.

While working with Blauer Tactical Systems, Rick had the opportunity to develop and present curriculum and training for some of the most progressive law enforcement agencies in the world including: US Customs and Border Patrol, US Probation, The Danish Federal Prison System, California Highway Patrol, Boston Police, Minneapolis Police, Los Angeles Police and dozens of others. In addition to work with law enforcement, he trained military teams, contract security providers and executive protection teams in combatives, scenario development, and protective responses. He is a recognized law enforcement use of force expert and has spoken at national conferences.

As a consultant, Rick has provided workplace violence prevention, active shooter response and combatives training to professional sports teams, hospitals, public schools, churches and corporate clients.
